What's your favorite online site to buy used curriculum?

Where do you like to buy/sell used curriculum online? Why is this place your favorite?

Any tips for buying/selling used curricula?

I have not used it to buy curricula, but I bought some books to help me learn more about how kids learn to read at Amazon.com.

I have never bought a used curriculum, but I got my son's last one at www.homeschoolworld.com.  It was very inexpensive.

My favorite is on the Yahoo Group I own for those selling materials from my curriculum. K12 (and only from K12).  I'm able to reduce my costs quite a bit, and I already know most of the members and trust them.

My second place is another YGroup I own for local/regional HS'ers.  I sell all my non-K12 items there, or at least try to.  Most of it sells.

If I don't get rid of used materials with the first two, I list them on PaperbackSwap, SwapaCD, or SwapaDVD (all sister sites).  Then I get free credits to use on more curricula!  :-)  I LOVE the sites.  I've mailed out nearly 300 books the past year, sent out maybe 10 CD's and 25 DVD's, but I've rec'd over 200 books, about 25 CD's and 55 DVD's (can exchange credits b/t sites).  I love it!!

As for tips, I generally price things at half their published price.  If something is not in good shape, or has a part missing (a workbook for instance), then I price them lower.  I price them this way whether I rec'd them used or not.  It seems to be just right.  I've never listed things as "best offer" or had anyone ask me to lower a price.

I always give the source of the original item, if there is one.  I recently sold a student and teacher book from Latina Christiana, so I linked the site from the publisher about the books.  Sometimes I just use an Amazon link.  I always state the "sticker price", or use some other terminology.  If I list something on a Yahoo Group that doesn't sell immediately, I wait a week, then I bump the message again so members who've joined since I posted it can see it.  When something sells, I also follow up with a post to the group saying it's sold, or I'll be answering a ton of emails asking me if it's still available.  Oh, and I always list the condition of the books, even if it's one page that has a fold or crease, etc.

I really don't like Ebay and the whole auction thing.  Nor do I like some of the other sites like VegSource or Homeschool Buy, b/c I never know for sure if I'm going to get stuck without receiving the product.
