What's your favorite property to own in the game of Monolpoly?

I like the yellows, oranges and railroads.

the three light blue properties (vermont, oriental, connecticut).. its cheap to build houses and hotels ($50 per house), the payback is huge if you have a hotel there, and those three are very commonly landed on (its between 6-9 spaces from go)

second would be the railroads, b/c the return is solid w/o having to build

Of course Boardwalk and Park Place in the North American edition bring in the most money, but I always liked to own the railroads.  I haven't played Monopoly in a very long time.

Most money, what could be better. However, when I own the electric company, everyone likes to land there, so I like that one too.

I like the orange properties(New York, St. James, ), you have a good chance that someone can land on them coming out of jail with doubles of 6 and 8.

Darn. I can't remeber the names right now, but the lighter purple ones. Right next to electric company.
