What's your favorite restaurant in Las Vegas?

I'm going to Vegas in a few weeks for my birthday and I want to know of a really good place to eat. Any tips?

"really good" .  there are alot of places.  however, at the top of the strip at circus circus, they have an awesome steak dinner for $9.95 .  check for coupon books, value books, etc.  or some of the name brand chefs if you have the ability and want to pay alot for a good meal.  

start your internet research now.  have fun.  bring an extra shirt !!!!!

I don't know that I have a favorite but Pink Taco @ Hard Rock is good. And I really like Harley Davidson Cafe.

THE FLAME STEAK HOUSE  ---Been going there since the 60s.I was running gambeling toures & took my high rollers there.It's on a side street street.Any cab driver thats been in Vegas for any length of time will know.It's off the beaten path.Flame cooked.

If you like Prime Rib try the Prime Rib loft at the Orleans.  It is on the main casino floor just a few steps above it.  I would go back next time in a heartbeat there too.

for breakfast, the spice market buffet at planet hollywood is amazingly good....we normally go for late breakfast so that way we get lunch too and dont have to eat the rest of the day lol wear your sweat pants haha little pricey tho....for something a little less expensive but still really good the palms has a buffet thats about 10dollars per person including a drink and thats a really good buffet as well...totally worth it!

Emeril's Fish House at MGM is awesome!   I've ate there alot and it's always great.

Harley Davidson Cafe is the Bomb!  Tons of great food for competitive prices.  Harrah's buffet is also very good, especially for an inexpensive prime rib dinner.
