What's your favorite sit-down restaurant and why?

Mine is Nando's, a commercial restaurant that serves mainly chicken dishes, great food and great price. A nice affordable restaurant with good service. (Usually)

Denny's. Low-class, blue collar kind of place. Service usually sucks, and the food is never made the same way twice.

The Japanese Steakhouse

It's one of those places where they cook on the grill in the middle of the table.   We always get the Feast for 2 and egg yolk sauce on the shrimp, chicken, and lobster!

I have found that the best food is usually at little hole in the wall restaurants. The price, quality, and taste of the food is almost always better...although it is less predictable. The ambiance is always much more authentic.

I can't say I have a favorite though, it all depends on my mood or cravings and I really like to try new places too much to pick just one!

Ruby Tuesday. All their beef and chicken comes in fresh, never frozen, and they're so good!  The salad bar rocks.  And they have this pomegranate sake martini that's out of this world.

Bob Evans! They have fresh beautiful eggs, awsome link sausages, the most tender hash browns, and sweet wheat (buttered) toast. A big tall glass of water or milk tops it all off!

la Madeline, It's so frenchie. the food is great and inexpensive.  I love to hear the wooden floors when people walk.  I love the desserts.  The free bread is really good. I could go on and on. Oh and friendly service.

Denny's is really good. You can depend on reasonable prices and the menu is fairly stable from one location to another.

You get to sit down and be served.

Otherwise I like Hometown Buffet. The price is a little more than Denny's, but you can have whatever you want and you get to eat basically family style. It's a good place to take guests and kids.
