I get most of my favourite teas from Adagio.com.  I'm especially partial to their apricot green and white peach teas, as well as the "Gemini" blended tea.

I also buy a lot of rooibos teas from Premium Steap in Philadelphia; their Rooibos Heaven (chocolate, vanilla & mint) and Tropical Rooibos (strawberry, orange and peach) are to die for!

Aside from those, I'm fond of assam black teas, good masala chai blends, Lady Grey, and any loose tea with rose petals in it.  I also had my first taste of honeybush tea last night, and fell in love (it's similar to rooibos, but lighter and sweeter).

(EDIT - Persian tea is awesome!  I once had an Israeli client who would bring me bags of Persian tea.  Mmmm...)

I love Green Tea (hot or cold), but I have to admit the best tea out there is Persian Tea!
