What's your favorite tofu dish?

Ok I take that back my all time favorite is tofu scramble with spinach, mushrooms, and onions sauteed on the side.

The other recipe I love is grilled tomato and basil tofu.

If you freeze the block, then thaw it, poke the holes in and marinate it with tomato and basil sauce ( I add sun dried tomatoes in too)  and then grill it or broil it, it's awesome.

Note- freezing it before hand gives it a chewy meatier texture.  Just in case you hadn't heard that.  Oh yeah and I suggest letting it marinate overnight in the sauce before grilling or broiling it.

I'm somewhat allergic to soybeans -- nothing life-threatening, but it'll be a definite nuisance for the next several hours when we're talking about the volumes in tofu.

In other words, my favorite is probably one I don't have to eat.  Can we do that in maybe a chicken or beef, perhaps?
