I think mine is taco salad made with Fantastic Taco Filling and catalina dressing for the sauce.  I add fresh corn and organic black beans and whatever other veggies I have on hand...it's delicious.  Don't forget the fritos!  :)

I use Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Chik'n Strips for the fake meat. So good!

  10. i make my own veggie burgers, i use leftovers in spaghetti as ground beef, and in tacos with soya cheese

  11. I love making lasagna rolls - taking lasagna noodles and cooking them until al dente. While they are still on the stove (though), I make a mixture of spaghetti sauce, vegetables, garlic and Yves veggie "ground". Once the noodles are done and rinsed, I lay them down on the cutting board and spread the mixture on the noodle. I then roll the noodle and place it in a baking pan....(repeat until all noodles are used). I bake and then top with soy cheese towards the end. I bake some more until the cheese is just brown.

YUM! I have garlic bread on the side and a nice red wine. Perfect dish for a chilly night!
