I refuse to say how many years ago this happened but let's just say Ernie Banks was still playing.  I was a child and my mother took me to Wrigley Field for a game.  My mother caught a HR ball from Ernie Banks and he signed it.  I don't know if it was his last but it was one of his last HR's.

Mine has to be Steve Bartman's heroics in game 6 of the 2003 NLCS.  No other play in Cubs history represents their play off futility than this play.  It's July 22nd, and the Brewers and Cardinals are a coming.  Interesting tid bit I heard on the radio yesterday too.  Cubs only play one road trip of 6 games or more away from Wrigley.  Also, they we're the only NL Central team not to play the Yankees or Red Sox. Lucky Scheduling eh

Not a Cubs fans but what kind of memory?  Good or bad?  Not to be taken in a bad way, how many good memories can there be?  I have seen some bad memories, losing in play offs, Steve Bartman.  Cause I am not a Cubs fan, I take it you may be talking about single game memories I guess & this isn't meant to sound mean or anything & I apolgize if any Cubs fan is offended

Mine is when Moises Alou almost reached  into the stands to get a foul ball but he got upset because he thought it was fan interference

The choke job they did in the final two weeks of the 2004 season. That was going to be "the year" after the 2003 loss in the NLCS, and they blow it.
