Mine has to be when Jamaica won top three in the womens 100m sprint finals and Shelly-Ann said to the BBC (still out of breath) on 'what is the secret to the teams sucsess?' -

"A lot a yam, bannana an dumplin make a top three"

GO! GO! GO!! JAMAICA!!! Pleeease Shelly I I will marry you in a heart beat if you would have me now?

Bolt's 9.69 Without a doubt the easiest looking WR ever. Can\t wait for the 200M final.

The Jamacian women's domination of the 100M

Another fav would be the Men's triathlon, when Simon Whitfield dropped back to 4th, he looked cooked, but brought it back and almost took gold but the big German Jan Frodeno also had a kick left in him and kept up with Simon and passed him with 75M to go.

I can't narrow it down to a specific moment. Our Jamaican athletes all make me very proud. Bolt broke the world record. Experts around the world are still in shock saying it's the most awesome thing they've ever seen. We got not one, not two, but three medals in one race. It's all very overwhelming!

By the way, I don't care what anyone wants to say: Asafa is still my boy! "New broom sweeps clean, but old broom knows the corners!"
