  1. Two good on glebe pt road, near bridge rd, good atmosphere, food, prices.


  2. There's one at Lane Cove....it's soooo good! It ain't all that, but, the foods great!!!!

  3. Tandoori Palace on Oxford St..... it even has Karaoke downstairs

  4. Agni on King Georges Rd at Beverly Hills.

    The food is great, the prices are very reasonable and the hosts are really lovely, friendly people.

  5. The original Maya vegetarian diner on Cleveland St, Surry Hills:

    1) it's South Indian, which is so much more fun, fresh and delicious than the overcooked, oily, salty slop you get at North Indian diners

    2) It's all vegetarian so you know that nothing yucky was in the frypan before your dinner was cooked in it

    3) the masala dosa pancakes are so huge they are awesome

    4) they have great music videos playing on lcd tv screens all the time

    5) the array of sweets is really impressive (mmm)

    6) there's a huge menu and your meal is made in the kitchen, not scooped  from a baine marie

    7) it's always full of Indian people so you know it's got to be a good choice!

  6. Ive heard great things about Castle Taj.  The food is supposed to be excellent..
