We don't want it too spicy (he's feeling a bit off at the momemt bless him), and we like it creamy, n we with big bit of peppers etc.

  1. In Malaysia>Tandoori with Chicken curry with cinnimon powder

                    >Tosai(Tose)with shrimp sambal(search Wikipedia)

                    >Roti Prata(search Wikipedia) with onion fries

*Those for search Wikipedia a the name which Malaysian/Singaporean calls. I don't know how do they call the food in India.

  2. Tandoori Chicken with Garlic Nan

  3. I like Saag Paneer and I think Tandoori chicken...but I LOVE the flatbread.

  4. I always eat shawarma every time I go to an indian food =] But my parents eat Dosa.

  5. nothing tastier and pleasing than Butter Chicken and Naan. go for it!

also try the Lamb curry with Paneer and butter rice. mmmmmm...

don't forget to wash it down with some nice red wine.

  6. when i order a Indian i always go for chicken/lamb korma (chicken is best) which is a very mild curry and yes it is creamy as well or my very rare choice is butter chicken which is also mild ( i think its milder then korma) and creamy but it contains almonds

i hope my answer has helped if it has please put me as best answer if not then I'm sorry

    xx

  7. spicy food gives me the s***s

  8. Karahi is very nice.

  9. I love a good Vindaloo, i really love spicy food. Although our local indian restaurant does a duck tikka masala which i think it absolutely gorgous

  10. Butter chicken and parathas!!!

  11. Tandoori chicken with garlic naan

Chapli Kabob or just plain Kabob

    Choley Butra

    Chicken Karhai

Papad - just buy themselves because they are such yummy appetizers.

Kheer or Galab Jamun - best desserts

Halwa Puri - also very good desert (but its so rare to find at a restaurant, if you do - please do try it).

  12. You should go for the lamb curry/sausages if they have any

Indians specialize in lamb dishes......and the sauce tastes great with some good naan!

  13. I love nav ratan shahi korma (I am vegetarian).  My wife likes chicken korma.  The sauce is the same for these two dishes, and it's creamy and delicious.  Not too spicy.

I like palak paneer, which is kind of creamy in a sense...but I "burn out" on this easily, so I order it maybe once a year.  Ditto baingan bhartha.

The place by my old house had a tomato curry - it was very red.  I really liked that, but don't remember the name.  And if you can find a pumpkin curry, try that!  I've only seen it once, when I was on vacation in Tokyo.  But it was excellent.

Those are my favorite things that meet your criteria.  But my favorites overall are masala dosa, samosa, and idli+sambar.  Those are South Indian dishes.  Around here, at least, most Indian restaurants serve North Indian food.

Enjoy your dinner this evening, and I hope your boyfriend feels better soon.

  14. Tandoori masala, with a peshwari nan, god im starving now!
