What's your funniest scene ever in a movie?

Mine would be Phillip Seymour Hoffman repeatedly clearing his throat in Along Came Polly when he stands in for Ben Stiller in the meeting.He was so brilliant in that movie.Here's two other great scenes of his from that movie.

A recent one was in Forgetting Sarah Marshall when Jason Segel goes to jump off to the cliff into the sea but then doesn't commit to it and it sort of left hanging on the side of the cliff with nowhere to go. Hilarious.

Mine is from "The Jerk" when Steve Martin is gathering up stuff to leave the house "All I need is this ashtray and this remote and this lamp, thats all I need." I can just think about that and crack up and also at the end of the movie when they are singing "Pick a bale of cotton".......Too funny.

In Scrooged with Bill Murray- where he is  with Carol Kane who is the ghost of Christmas present. She is all excited and flapping her fairy wings around. The wings keep hitting Bill Murray in the face and he grabs her and says"I'm gonna rip your G-D wings off' and she tells him to close his eyes and think of nice things. Then she hits him in the face with a toaster. Cracks me up every time. When he comes to after she hits him he say "The B*tch hit me with a toaster". Too funny.
