What's your idea of the perfect proposal???

I think the perfect proposal would be a long day at the beach, swimming and having fun and at the end have the boyfriend say "Look up at the sky." and the girlfriend does and there in fireworks it says "Will You Marry Me_______?" Then the boyfriend gets down on one knee, pulls out the ring box and then says "Well will you?"

That's my story and it's what I've always dreamed of!

My fiance proposed to me on a plane. It was about 2 hours into our flight when the pilot came on the speaker asking everyone to look out the window to look at an island. He than asked everyone to turn their attention to our row. My boyfriend than got on his knee and proposed. I was speechless and a little embarrassed from all the attention. My poor fiance was on the ground for a while because i couldnt bring myself to speak!

my Idea of the prefect proposal, would be like if me and him were to take a vacation to a beautiful country and for us to have a romantic evening enjoying the view on the beach; us conversating about life and before u know it BAM..baby will you marry me?

I think that's more romantic than anything.

LOL-everything went wrong with my husband's plan.  I woke up too late, then we got a flat tire, then the parking lot of the zoo was full.  We walked over to the beach where he resignedly flopped on the sand like a beached whale (his nerves were so frazzled that he couldn't summon the strength to go down on bended knee), and he said, "So I suppose you're wondering why I've called you here."

Oh, so romantic!  Good thing I love him bunches and that we can laugh about it now.

How my husband proposed to me was very sweet.  It was a couple days before Christmas and I was just getting ready to leave work and he called me to see when I was going to be coming home. (And then he called me again on my way home to see how close I was *lol*) But when I got home he meet me at the door and had my favorite dinner made and ready to eat with 2 glasses of my favorite wine on the candle lit table with my favorite Christmas songs playing on the cd player.  He took my coat and then took my hand and led me into the living room and got down on one knee in front of our Christmas tree.  He told me how much he loved me and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and then asked me to marry him.  I said yes and I was so excited I couldn't even eat the meal he took all day to make me *lol*

The perfect proposal is the way my fiance(sp?) proposed to me.

I called my boyfriend when I was on my way home from work like I always do. (I do it before I even leave the work parking lot.) I was telling him how stressful my day was. When I came home and walked through the door he was waiting for me. He took my hand and led me to the bathroom. Where he had the tub all set up with scented candles and bath salts and rose peddles in the water and slow music and the light off. My first thought was WOW what a sweetie. What he told me was that he wanted to do something nice for me. Once I got in the tub, he rubbed my neck and shoulders for me letting me relax. Then he left the room giving me some time to myself so I could relax on my own.

When I was done in the tub I got my robe on and he took me into the kitchen/dinning room where he had dinner waiting. He told me "you had a hard day and want you to relax and feel like a queen. You shouldn't have to come home and cook." After we finished up with dinner, he took me into our room. I saw more rose peddles on the bed and thought that was very sweet of him. What I thought was weird was that fact in the middle of the bed was the teddy bear he gave me one night that I sleep with. I picked it up and saw it had a note. Which read turn around my love. I turned around and he was on one knee. He said I can't imagine my life without you. Words can't describe how much I love you. You're so perfect for me and then he opened the ring box and said, "Will You Marry Me." I started to cry and then hugged him and said yes of course I will and kissed him.

I loved it and I totally think it was perfect !!!   =)
