  1. Stand-up MMA classes : Circuit training mostly, 30 sec each station.

    Stations (varies) -

Rope climbing, Squats, Monkey Bars, Schwinn Airdyne, Running around the mats, perfect push up, and lots of others.

Then we work on a technique, which normally leads up to another technique. And class is over.

No-Gi BJJ: Running around the mats a lot, running sideways and low, high knees, and we sprint. Starts us off with some drills for about 30 min, then we work on a technique for 10 min, learn variations for about 20, then sometimes 100 wall sit ups, and 50 sit ups. And after class is over, we can roll.

  2. You want to know what happens or how hard it is?

  3. I train 5-6 days a week in BJJ. The classes start with a warmup, technique then sparing.

  4. bjj stretch, warm up, sit ups, push ups, squats, stretch, water break, 25 mins of showing and practicing technique, followed maybe 15 or 25 of rolling.

mma, we warm up just like in bjj, then we either practice stand up with just take downs, or just ground fighting

  5. I train everyday, work permitting [rotating schedule, so some days it just isn't possible]. Even if I can't make it to the gym, I do run.

On days I have off, I train at least twice. Gi/No-gi, whatever. The gi I will wash immediately after training, just in case I can make it to another session that same night. Shorts I have a pretty infinite supply of, laundry-wise.
