    Crawfish Etoufee, Jerk Chicken, RIce & Peas and Plaintains-Very Very good!

    Least Fav: Anything that has lots of Cheese and is bland...

Most fav --  Mexican (because I can have a chicken or steak burrito without the jack or chedder cheese both of which I don't like at all melted) & Italian (pizza and spaghetti with marinara sauce were always staples in my Italian family and I love them just not as much as a burrito --  period)(Mozzerrella is the only cheese I love melted)

    Least fav --  Chinese and Japanese (because the healthy options of their beef and brocolli and chicken and brocolli taste nasty steamed and without the sauces they put on their regular beef and brocolli and chicken and brocolli)(I also can't stand lo mein, chow mein, chop suey, and fried rice from Chinese take-out places.)

    Note:  Chinese originated the noodles Italians adopted and turned into delicious spaghetti and linguine.

    Well, I actually prefer Americanized Chinese food and "Tex-Mex" style Mexican food; this is mostly what's available in my area. I can't stand Japanese, though; too much raw fish, smoked fish, pickles, wasabi, mushrooms, etc. I know it's supposed to be healthy, but. . . blech. And France definitely has the most over-rated food in the world. Except for the cheese and the bread, lol.

  19. I love most ethnic cuisines..... mexican, Italian, but also East Indian etc. I am not fond of some French foods.
