What's your opinion about being a volunteer to take part in the community work?

I think it is a great thing to do. It is very rewarding also. Outside of my job, I do my own vollenteer work with the aging population, sitting with them who have no family, cooking meals and delivering them, etc. You will get instant gratification from doing something for others. I commend all those out there doing vollenteering. It is a very noble thing to do.

I think it's great - I do it all the time.  :)

I think it's a good chance to learn about things you wouldn't have usually learned anything about - how to plant trees, how to paint walls or build houses, to clean oil off of animals, teach kids how to sing, raise money, build stuff, use stuff that other people throw away, you name it.

Of course, it also makes other people feel better...and you usually feel better too.

Everyone should attempt to do something for their community without any monetary renumeration.

If everyone did participate positively in some voluntary community service, the community would greatly bennefit as a whole and crime, illiteracy etc would be greatly reduced.

besides helping people out there, you're actually learning more from them..

u learn to appreaciate life, and many thoughts that u'll never think of it if u never took part in a community work.
