  1. Don't care why they do it. It is dumb!

  2. I believe it is the power of the mind.

  3. I think the Zulus do it.

  4. They are only piercing the topmost layer of skin. They are not going all the way through. That is why it doesn't bleed and gives the illusion of leaving no holes. Its an old trick used by illusionists for ages.

    Good question! :)

  5. That's not paranormal. Some of it illusion, some of it is people sticking them through too shallow to draw blood, and ignoring the pain. I had a friend in school who could do this. He would stick needles though his fingertips during art classes and he wasn't the remotest bit paranormal.

  6. That's rubbish.  They probably used a very thin needle, which wasn't big enough to cause a visible hole or draw blood.

  7. If you piece you skin with anything in the same location all the time you damage the nerves in that section and it leaves scar tissue. The more you do it in that area the less you will fell it and the less it will bleed.Of coures that area will proberly fill abit numb as the nerves are damaged

  8. You know there are magic tricks that create the illusion of piercing the skin.  As such, they wouldn't bleed.  For those who really do pierce their hand or arm, sometimes puncture wounds don't bleed.  I was bitten on my arm once by a dog.  It was a clean puncture wound a little smaller than a dime.  It never bled a bit.
