What's your opinion on turining Acatraz into a Gobal Peace center?

I thought they were going to use this thing for housing, and personally I think it should be used for housing. I wanted to use Al Capones cell as a start to my condo.

Nah it should be a Global Peace center. If is going to be housing it should be affordable housing. It should give something positive.
