What's your record for cooking pancakes in one day?

I fed thirty-five with crepes a few days ago, although this was achieved by cutting up the pancakes small after they were finished... but still!

What's your record for cooking pancakes in one day?

I made 25 for breakfast this morning. Probably my average and my record :)

I cook more than 1100 ricotta and spinach pancake in an hour  which i supply  for the flights.

i have done about 20 for the grandchildren on pancake day.they put maple syrup or lemon juice and sugar on them and then ice cream yuk!

Personally by myself, maybe 50.  But I volunteer for a local charity and we made 2578 pancakes in a day for a Family Fun Day Cancer Fundraiser, but I obviously didnt do this myself.  Most importantly, we as a team raised alot for children's cancer.
