I'm a Cancer in western astrology and a Dragon in Chinese astrology with Ruby as my birthstone (I was born in July) but if I was to directly relate the traits of a Cancer to the chinese zodiac, I would be  the sheep. Every chinese sign can be directly related to the western zodiac signs. As an example the Dragon is actually Aries in the western zodiac.
