Not something I would agree with ever, I could write why it can be avoided and of hundreds of incidents where the opportunity to stop a war beginning were not taken up. In fact I could even show that over the last two and a half thousand years the people that wished pushed for war were people who either built boats for the Athenian navy or closer to our own time were men who had shears in or owned gun factories.  I

Evil,but sometimes it's a necessary evil.But it costs billions and should be avoided if possible-better to spend the money on social problems in your own country than killing the citizens of other countries.

waste of money, yno the world spends 1.336 trillion dollars a year on war. imagine if that went into something worthwhile
