What's your suggestion for the frequency of deleting your history,temp files, and cookies for added security?

I wouldn't mind deleting these eveyday if it weren't for the fact that I lose all my log ins and that's a pain in the rumproast. Anyone know how to leave some of your logins untouched when you delete your temp files, cookies, and history?

I clean mine daily and use a password manager which is also encrypyed to store all of my logins and passwords:
