personally i used to be fascinated with getting a 'kirlian' photo done of myself so i could see the colour of my aura.

it wasn't til i was chatting to a sensitive, that they rightly pointed out that your aura 'changes' on a daily or weekly basis, now my wish is dead!!!

Orbs- never caught one on film but seen one with my naked eye, it was also witnessed by others in the tower!!

Your thoughts?

  1. I'm not saying this is true for all orb pics, but mostly all of them are dust or light reflections.

  2. Personally, I feel the photo thing is nothing.

  3. I  like orbs to come in pairs, roughly 38DD.

  4. I used to be really excited about these sorts of photos early on in my dig into this field.  As I've been active in it though, the more I see them, the more cynical I get about it.

These types of pictures are very easy to fake.  Orbs are usually some sort of dust, bug, whatever.  Same goes with ectoplasm mists.  Breath, humidity, cigarette smoke,  h**l even fog machines (this being for the people that like the attention by fabricating evidence).

Am I saying that these things are not real? No, but there is too much of what I like to call an X factor when it comes to them.  Too many possibilities.

As for auras, I know people that see them.  Everyone out there can think what they want about it.  They change and reflect emotions and many different factors going on.

A friend of mine sees them sometimes.  She's trying to figure out why.  Is it just something to do with some people's eyes? Again, the whole X factor thing.

  5. Orbs in photos are natural anomalies in film or particles of dust, rain, pollen etc. Digital cameras are bad about capturing dust and some film can be damaged and show orb spots and fog.

I used to get excited when i would capture orbs but the more experience I got I realized what caused them.

I have gotten to where I rarely use any kind of camera anymore.

  6. I think they fall into the same catagory as the virgin mary appering in a piece of moldy cheese....we all see what we want to see ...now i have to go pray to my cheeseburger

  7. Yeah, it's blatantly dust.

  8. seen plenty of orbs and yes auras change all the time just like our daily feelings change. you can catch them on camera digital are the best . being a medium i also see the spirit as well as the auras and orbs fascinating stuff

  9. I don't understand why they say that even the ones you see with your eyes are still "dust particles". How could they be? They're too large to be that.

  10. Dust and lens artifacts - long since established!

  11. I do know lots of people mistake dust particles for orbs.

I saw one orb as a child, flying this way and that way around over the large apartment building, as it just gotten dark.

I witness many spirits like that of those in some photographs, and perhaps seen things most people never have. Spirits can change depending on the stage of manifest and speed. I seen spirits stand or float in front of me, and when they take off....once it was so fast, it appear to look like a bolt of lighting.... I seen them in cloud form, stop in front of me and settle into a human form. I seen ball like orb shapes going through walls, windows. I don't see colors, auras very well, just grayish to completely white with a glow. I only seen one dark shadow. One bad spirit- although it was completely white. I do know the one that communicates is usually gray to completely white.

I seen many spirit shapes with my eyes, like what others took with a camera....that's why I have the name Intel- eyes, I have the eyes of a camera.

  12. I catch those things all the time with my photography...whether it's dust or not, I cannot be certain but I'd like to think it's something more.  I catch them on film sometimes with streaks of light behind them, and I must say, I've never seen a dust particle or a bug streak across the room with a lightning bolt out its behind...but stranger things have happened I suppose.  I'm to the point now where I get really frustrated that a great picture was "ruined" by dozens of white orbs over people's faces.  My best example was two pictures taken back to back during my daughter's baptism ceremony.  One picture was covered with these things hovering over my daughter and our family, the second picture there was nothing there.  Hmmmm

  13. They are like any other piece of evidence to me, it is hard to prove that it is actual evidence without something to tie into it.  For example, if you were taking photos at night in a graveyard, nice night, no breath from the cold and no rain.  You are walking along snapping pictures.  You look back at those photos and there is what appears to be an orb.  But is it?  If you were walking along and did not pause to let me dirt you kicked up walking to settle before you started taking pictures you probably have a dust orb.  On the other hand, if you have a team member who complains of a heaviness or they feel like someone is behind them and you take a number of shots...well there are those orbs again.  Are those true energy?  It depends on the way they were taken but a photo with a personal experience that is in sync, those are worth another look.  They have to be looked at very critically, but it is possible to photograph balls of energy.
