There are national championships from the Prep school (6 yrear olds) level through to the senior level, There are lots aof development meet annually and above all there is a passion to run since the days of Herb Mckenley back in 1948. Every school has a sports day which is a major event on the school calendar and then there is the natural foods we eat

Wow! Just Wow! I thought he will not go for the record just like what he did in the 100m. I know he can get that record but not on this olympics. I guess I was wrong. Michael Johnson 200m's record is so fast only really good sprinter can match that. And now we know for sure "Lightning Bolt" is special indeed.

Yea gotta agree that was just impressive, i wonder what his country is doing to get so many runner cause they are dominating in the sprints.

I thought it was amazing, but at the same time i felt that he didn't have to be so careless towards the end of the 100m. That's just poor sportsmanship.If it was me i would have been salty as a mug because he just basically jogged across the finish line towards the end lol but hey kudos to those who didnt give up

hes fast but hes a jerk, major ego, when he ran that 100 he celebrated for like 15 minutes, EGO, even b4 the race he was celebrating, hes an @$$hole

Can you believe he ran at 27.3 mph for 30m in the 100?? and 12m of that he had his hands at his side?? basically he achieved velocities on that day that were until then reserved for motorized vehicles and quadrupedal animals (and his shoe laces were untied)?? don't even get me started on the 200m!!!!!!!!
