5.Baron Davis - The point guard who can dunk it down like there's no tomorrow. He's great on the offensive end and plays some defense.I can't say I care for his attitude on court though.
4.Jason Kidd - The king of triples doubles, just behind Oscar Robertson. It's clear that it's near impossible for him to surpass Robertson now that he has reached 30.He'll still be remembered as one of the top 10 point guards of all-time though. One of the most unselfish players to play the game today.
3.Steve Nash - Widely considered as the best offensive point guard ever,is that an overstatement? No.The problem with Nash is that he doesn't play any defense at all. Will be considered as one of the top 10 point guards of all time when he retires.
2.Deron Williams - His size make him able to score whenever he wants. As one of the top shooters in the league today,he can score freely, but is unselfish and doesn't mind giving away the rock.I'm quite surprised about his rebounding skills though, you'll think that he rebounds more.
1.Chris Paul - Flame me all you want, this is what I think. All of you Jazz fans like to end this argument with *he has two all-stars*.Peja has lost his shooting touch since his years with the Kings and is considered *former all-star*.David West got voted in because a certain Bryant got injured.
Only his third year and already averaging 21-11-4,I don't know about his future. But he's 6 feet tall and is considered small to even play point guard. With his speed and ball handling skills,he spends a huge amount of time trying to penetrate the inside and goes to find opportunities to score or create open looks for his teammates.
Whether he is clutch is unproven until today. The only time he displayed his clutch ability was in Game 1 of the Mavericks - Hornets playoff series.
