5.Baron Davis - The point guard who can dunk it down like there's no tomorrow. He's great on the offensive end and plays some defense.I can't say I care for his attitude on court though.

4.Jason Kidd - The king of triples doubles, just behind Oscar Robertson. It's clear that it's near impossible for him to surpass Robertson now that he has reached 30.He'll still be remembered as one of the top 10 point guards of all-time though. One of the most unselfish players to play the game today.

3.Steve Nash - Widely considered as the best offensive point guard ever,is that an overstatement? No.The problem with Nash is that he doesn't play any defense at all. Will be considered as one of the top 10 point guards of all time when he retires.

2.Deron Williams - His size make him able to score whenever he wants. As one of the top shooters in the league today,he can score freely, but is unselfish and doesn't mind giving away the rock.I'm quite surprised about his rebounding skills though, you'll think that he rebounds more.

1.Chris Paul - Flame me all you want, this is what I think. All of you Jazz fans like to end this argument with *he has two all-stars*.Peja has lost his shooting touch since his years with the Kings and is considered *former all-star*.David West got voted in because a certain Bryant got injured.

Only his third year and already averaging 21-11-4,I don't know about his future. But he's 6 feet tall and is considered small to even play point guard. With his speed and ball handling skills,he spends a huge amount of time trying to penetrate the inside and goes to find opportunities to score or create open looks for his teammates.

Whether he is clutch is unproven until today. The only time he displayed his clutch ability was in Game 1 of the Mavericks - Hornets playoff series.

  1. 5. Baron Davis

    4. Steve Nash

    3. Deron Williams

    2. Tony Parker

    1. Chris Paul

J-Kidd's best days are behind him and despite his remarkable court IQ, his offensive game just isn't there these days, which makes it easier to play him.  Tony Parker is a streak shooter, but when he's hot he's unstoppable. He's quicker than anyone save CP3, a better finisher than ALL other PGs in the top 5... And oh yeah, the 2007 finals MVP!!!  He delivers in the clutch, plays big in the big games.

  7. 5. Jason Kidd - Makes everybody involved and plays nice perimeter defense but he is aging

    4. Steve Nash - Still a premiere PG in Phoenix but he is also aging

    3. Baron Davis - He is the strongest point guard in the NBA. He can dunk over 7 footers and he can shoot just about anywhere on the court

    2. Deron Williams - People think he plays like John Stockton because he is in Utah but more of a Jason Kidd style of playing to me

    1. Chris Paul - He can makes everybody involved too and can run a show with his teammates or by himself. He plays great even when the game is on the line. He has proven it by leading the Hornets to a good record.

  8. I completely agree with your list, but Id say Arenas and Davis are tied for 5th...OR  maybe even that guy in toronto....Either way, in about 3 years, Derrick Rose gonna be on this list as well

  9. 1.) Tony Parker- If you put him to another team, let's say the Seattle, he would score 30+ and he has 3 rings, 1 MVP Finals, and his still 26 years old.

2.) Deron Williams- Has it all, he is like Steve Nash but has the prodigious physique.

3.) Chris Paul- I can't believe his 23 years old.

4.) Steve Nash- Please win just one championship, so that you could prove to us that you are eligible of being one of best PG ever.

5.) Allen Iverson- Pass man, pass!
