Some of mine are: Franks & Beans- mix salsa in with the beans; also Lasagna- add sour cream as one of your layers for delicious twist on this favorite!

  1. Grilled cheese sandwich: add a few slices of cooked bacon and tomato slices before grilling.

  2. I like making manwich and adding in fresh corn then eating it on a potato roll, totally fattening but tastes awesome.  Anything with Alfredo sauce or a cheese sauce is good too.

  3. i love baked potoes with alot of sour cream....

  4. I like adding cumin, and barbecue sauce to meatloaf.

  5. I make a creamy baked mac & cheese.

I don't get the sour cream layer for lasagna does it just cook into the sauce ?

  6. i like pbj

some people put chips in it, but i think thats gross

  7. For lasagna I use cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese at times.  The cottage cheese is lighter in texture and I like it's taste.

For spaghetti I sometimes add chopped bell pepper, shredded carrots (for sweetness and to sneak in extra veggies for family), balsamic vinegar for sweetness and tang, and red pepper flakes for heat.

For baked beans I add in cumin, chili powder, chopped garlic and onion, worchestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, ground mustard, and ketchup.
