Vehicles belonging to the DVLA licence category B1 are 3 or 4 wheeled vehicles weighing less than 550kg. The category was automatically awarded to persons who passed a category A (motorcycle) test before 2000 and is retained under "grandfather rights" rules.

What you are looking for is a 'microcar'.

There are several microcar dealers around the U.K.  Just put it into your search engine and find one near to you.
