  2. Oklahoma, Kentucky, Utah, N. Dakota, and Missouri. Missouri is tied with Louisana and Alaska  

    I know for a fact you can buy AK-47s (semi), AR-15s and most submachine guns without permit as long as you buy them as a semi in Arizona.
