Hello All........I need your help.

Over the next couple of weeks I am aiming to develop my staff and promote honesty in my workplace. Please help with the following because my mind has gone blank:

1) Is there a 5 to 10 minute game/energiser/ice breaker I can have my staff take part in during our morning gather/meeting? The game need to promote the importance of honesty.

2) Are these any games/activities my staff can complete at their desks to get them thinking about honesty and what it means to them?

I know i could do the usual anagrams and wordsearches etc but i really want to drag my team to the present day and try to approach honesty from a different direction.

All help is much appreciated.

  2. split your staff into two teams and tell them there will be a competition this week and whichever team wins will win a prize, e.g. chocolates or something. dont tell the whole team anything about it, then get team number 1 to get together and tell them each of them has to choose one person from team 2 to during the week casually ask 3 random questions that they may lie about (but without making them suspicious), e.g. how many girlfriends they've had or what their natural hair colour is or something stupid like that. then they have to write down the question and answers and at the beginning of the next week reveal what they've been doing and ask the questions again and see if they match what they said before, if they lied they will probably have forgotten what they said. then at the same time team number 2 can do something like try and get the other team to lie, e.g. set them up by leaving a diary on their desk or some sweets and afterwards ask if they ate any but count them first and after or get someone to watch them. then at the beginning of next week count the number of people in each team who were completely honest and the most honest team wins. dont know if it would work but it sounds really fun and involves teamwork while also involving honesty. you could change it a bit but hope it maybe gave u some ideas.
