What AFL footy team do you hate the most and WHY? Who do you support?

For me (Brisbane Lions) I hate first of all the Adelaide Cows because when they started they raped my SANFL team, Glenelg Tigers of all their best players, coach (Graham Cornes),and alot of other support staff.

I also dislike Port Power mainly because with the SANFL, Port Adelaide Magpies are the team everyone hates.

I am also beginning to dislike West Coast Eagles due to their off field issues with Ben Cousins, Kerr.

i am a unashamed Richmond supporter, always have been.

which means you have to hate collingwood and Carlton, but i HATE collingwood more, mainly because their supporters can see no faults with them, the team ain't so bad in my view, but its their supporters that give every one the tom titts.

that clown joffa, he is an embarrassment to his club.

i actually enjoy their style of play but Eddie and mick have too many excuses when they get beat, it doesn't sit well with me or the general footy fan.

For me it's Port Power, I have been a Crow's fan since they started and will be to I leave this world. Port Power like the old SANFL Port Adelaide are the same to me you either like them or hate them, as a kid I supported SANFL club North Adelaide and still do and Port where the enemy. Although I'm from Adelaide I as pleased to see them get thrashed in the final and I will say this there Port arrogance prior to that game was most evident and Geelong had history to defy hench the winning margin. So come on the Crows.

My most hated team is definately Port Power. First reason for hating them dates back to when I was 5 years old (25 y.o. now) I support the Bays in the SANFL and grew up despising those mongrel Magpies. I've seen many Glenelg vs Port matches and they dominated us in the 90's and beyond. I actually had a conversation with Nathan Buckley last Thursday at the tennis about the 92 Grand Final and how he carved us up. Anyway, back to why I hate the Power so much. I go to the Showdowns and see the Power ferals act like absolute clowns. They argue that every free kick against them is an act of the umpire cheating (even if their own player has punched ours and has drawn blood). Also, they all live in the past and are quick to remind you who won the 2004 flag. But the second best outcome came out of the 2007 season behind the Crows winning the premiership. We all know what happened in that game and I'm quick to remind the Port supporters of the score, just in case they've forgotten

Collingwood. I've hated them from the first moment I ever watched the old Winners series, hosted by Drew Morphett (Shudder).

Their supporters were as feral as bushpigs & umpires were completely intimidated by their constant abuse. Collingwood always received a swag more free kicks than the opposition when they played at home (a facty backed by statistics).

Their supporters have not improved & now their players take on the same airs. I barrack for whoever is playing Collingwood.

Like?......I used to follow Fitzroy, so have a bit of a soft spot for the Brisbane Lions. Though I tend more to follow individual local boys, no matter which team they are playing for.

I hate Footscray the most. I was at Princes Park in 1997 when there was a pack in the Bulldogs-Cats game in the center square. During the tussle for the ball, Brad Wira grabbed Garry Hocking in the squirrelies (testicles) and Buddha slugged that WA piece of s*it Wira. Hocking got suspended for it, even though Wira confessed he grabbed Buddha's balls.

Since then, even though I think Teddy Whitten is a footy icon and I enjoyed meeting Doug Hawkins, Footscray can go to h**l, Western Bulldogs. That team is still Footscray no matter what they call themselves.

I am the only Geelong member in North America, member since 1996. I hope that answers your question.

Only 2 teams i dislike are Collingwood & Port, arrogant, one eyed fans. Collingwood are a bit like the USA, they think they are the biggest, best and centre of the friggin universe.

I hate the Western Bulldogs mainly because of Tony Libratore and the fact that Danny Sutherland tried to strangle Peter Sumich and they always seem the play dirty against the Eagles come to think of it I don't like Port power for the same reason just put Peter Byrgone in Libbas place.

I follow the Eagles because they were the first WA based club and being a loyal Sandgroper I couldn't follow any one else but I am not happy with the way they have behaved in the past.

By the way I also hate Collingwood but c'mon do I really need a reason to hate them isnt it a national sport to do so.

I am a big Sydney Swans supporter as are my wife and kids - we live and breathe the team in winter.

Probably hate the West Coke Eagles the most and this was before Cousins - secretly I have a soft spot for Collingwood because Buckley and the Cloke boys played for the same club my son plays for as juniors (Ainslie in the ACT competition). However I don't make this widely known.

I hate the Adelaide Crows more than any other team. Mainly because their supporters are so tunnel visioned & one eyed. Most come from the lower socio economic area of Adelaide. They are jealous of all things Victorian.

My favourite team is Port Power. Mainly because they have a better class of supporters. They are unbiased & always fair. Plus I like their coach & all their players.

I'm sorry I have to go withe flow & also nominate this team but they seem to do everything they can to turn people off them.

The main antagoniser would have to be their president Eddie Maguire. I'm afraid I can't bear the man. Their supporters seem to think that they are expected to act in an anti social & rude manner towards other team's supporters.

I support the teams from the non-Aussie Rules states - namely Brisbane Lions & the Sydney Swans (leaning more towards the Lions).

I dislike the Kangaroos. They have a weedy coach & a president who is only in it to promote his face for further things to come - away from the Kangaroos.

The Kangaroos have always had players of low standing - such at Pickett, Carey, Archer & Harvey - to name a few.

My team is Port Power - because I think their coach is spunky. I just love the Cornes brothers - as I do the Burgoyne boys. I love their fans as they are the fairest in the league.

I go for West Coast and I dont like Essendon and I dislike Fremantle, but not to the same extent, more of a love-hate relationship. I like it when they lose becos I can tease my friends but I like them cos they are from Perth and are pretty shitt.
