What ARE these?! [pics included]?

I get lots of these bugs in my room and I would like to know what they are:

a looks like a silverfish, except it's the wrong color.

b is an earwig.

Silverfish like it damp.  Invest in a dehumidifier if possible.  Earwigs are harder to deal with. Try sealing any cracks that might lead outside.

definitely silverfish, they also like books, esp old and moldy... damp is bad...

B looks like a termite.

call an exterminator if you own the house.
