  3. Smart Scottish - not all Scots have the beautiful lilt that some have, or the brash accent that others have, although Andy's seems to have a slight cosmopolitan edge to it - probably due to him spending so much time training abroad.

    Whatever, I hope it's a winning accent - his last game was just fantastic. Hope he goes home with the big trophy.

    Wrong. There is no such thing as one Scottish accent. There are many different accents in Scotland and this is one of them.

  12. He grew up in Scotland but was trained in other European nations so I think he is a mix of all the accents.  It may sound like that to you but because it doesn't sound like any you know.
