What All Happens If Water Can Be used As fuel?

Lets Say water is soemthin like crude oil and not inflamable. wat all can u imagine it can be used as and happens around the world.

1. First & foremost thing will be, it will be costlier than fuel.

2. Water taps will have to be closed or fix a meter to it so that according to usage you'll get bill.

3. People will try to store more & more rain water by Rain Harvesting so that it can be used as fuel & will be free of cost.

4. All water bodies like canal, river, lake etc. will be barricaded & nobody will be allowed to enter it.

There are more possibilities, but I think this much is enough to start with.

Fuel that falls from the sky would change a lot of things - first and foremost the oil and coal industries.  I'd think these industries (and others, like the auto industry) would buy any patents and invest in the means to produce the water engines.  They'd make a killing because everyone would want them.

Same as a free energy device (Zero-point, energy from the vacuum, whatever).  If someone actually came up with one of these things that worked, they'd be richer than Bill Gates.

a h**l lot of chaos in fuel industry. scientists will be intimated or payed not to disclose the technology. as a matter of fact, it has already happened but has been kept from the world. do u think the man who has reached beyond and above the earth, into the space hasn't yet invented the cars which run on water? they r very much here but in laboratories and workshops of scientists only.

Water is used as a fuel via hydroelectric dams, tidal wave turbines, fuel cells, steam generator energy devices, steam engines etc. Any other way we will all die without water and it will be of no consequence to us.
