  1. $3-4 for a Turkey leg

$6.95-7.95 for dinner at a flea mkt

  2. If you do not have a place to sit near then it is harder to sell plates.  Something to walk and eat is easier cause the wifey keeps walking while i grab something to walk and eat.  some places are different though.  Just figure in how much work some stuff is to fix and figure your price.  About 3 bucks for a leg don't know on the diner.  I am more likely to pay a buck for a dog on a bun with some mustard and relish.  Less than 2 bucks and you have 8 dollar dogs to sell but that does not make for much profit.  Can drinks make a good bit but if i found the fountian despenser you get a lot bigger profit.  People want cheap that is why the dollar menus are good but not for people like you.  See what foods you can get wholesale cheap and just think about it.  right now a lot of sales are slow.

  3. Maybe 4 bucks for a turkey leg.  6 bucks for the plate.

Make sure you check with your city or town as to laws and health certificates etc...etc...

  4. At a flea market, I would pay around 4 dollars for a turkey leg.  I would spend 6 dollars for the plate.  You could really make money on drinks.  Don't forget to offer something cheap and kid friendly for kids.

  5. Hmmm Turkey Leg....well if a decent size one....5 bucks. The plate of brisket (my fav) with sides....I would say 7 bucks to 9 bucks
