Shop at local stores and small businesses more. DO NOT SHOP AT WAL-MART!!! Wal-mart's items are all bought out of the country and therefor the money that we spend there goes out of the country. When you shop at local stores you can be sure that your money will go back into the community!

JMO, but if the Fed would raise interest rates it would strenghten the Dollar; which in turn would lower the price per barrel of oil; slow inflation; and bring more buying power back to the average American. It would also bring more investment from over seas to the US. Lowering rates helped the investment bankers at the expense of the rest of us.
