Kay, so tonight I'm going to be eating at Apple Bee's, what are some LOW-CALORIE, LOW-FAT foods I can eat there?

Apple bee's have the wieght watcher meals on there menu.  It has the calories on there too.  I would check that out.

I forgot. if you cut out red meat, less fat.

and the least sugar is less fat and less ageing.
