All I can think of at moment is fruit salads and smoothies. I know, I know, sometimes I tend to be creatively challenged. But can you think of any others.

  2. I love blending together all sorts of fruits. Like mangoes with banana. Pretty much what ever kind of fruit you have lying around the house or whatever is cheap. Mix with either yogurt or ice cream. PS cottage cheese, mixed with yogurt and oranges (or your fav fruit) it delicious!

  5. I like to take pinapple or apple slices, dip them in yogurt and then roll them in granola. It tastes amazing and takes 5 minutes to prepare. QUICK, EASY, AND VEGETARIAN. LOL!!! Hope i helped

  6. This one is easy and tasty. You can start it at your house and then take it with you to finish at their place:

    frozen fruit sorbet.

All you do is wash and slice (if necessary) your fave fruits. Place them on a cookie sheet and stick them in your freezer for a few hours or until they are solid. Overnight is best if you have the time.

To transport, take the fruit off of the cookie sheet and put it in a plastic baggie.

Put the fruit in their freezer until it's almost time for dessert. About fifteen minutes before you want to eat it, take the fruit out of the freezer and allow it to become room temperature, but not quite thawed.

Put the fruit in a blender or food processor until there are hardly any chunks of frozen fruit. To give it a smoother consistency, add a few splashes of rice or soy milk or even orange juice (that will make it sweet!).

You have a frozen, all natural treat!

    Cheers!

  7. BERRY TRIFLE  NON DAIRY CREAM

  8. Bananas in Coconut Milk

This is a super easy variation of a Thai dessert called Kluay Buat Chee and is basically a minimalist version of Filipino ginataan. It takes all but 10 minutes in total to make! And, if you're wary about the coconut, rest assured that coconut milk has many health benefits.

    Ingredients

    1-14oz. can of coconut milk

1 or 2 medium bananas cut lengthwise and then cut across into about 4 pieces

    1 tsp. maple syrup

Bring coconut milk to a boil over medium heat.

Add bananas and cook until soft (about 3-4 minutes).

    Add maple syrup.
