What supplements and vitamins are the best to take for overall health and to prevent diseases. I obviously know healthy diets are the best way to get vital nutrients but my Mon-Fri days are 13 hours long, so it's hard. Right now I take:

Flaxseed oil

Fish oil

Multi-vitamin

Vitamin C

Zinc

Echinacea

Garlic

Ginko Biloba

  2. You are deluding yourself if you think that taking supplements or vitamins will make up for poor diet, overwork, lack of sleep.

    Taking supplements will not make you healthy or prevent disease.  Eating right, sleeping properly, exercising, avoiding stress will.
