Question:

What Are The Rules Of Ultimate Fighting Championship?

I have just started watching Ultimate Fighting Chapionship on Setanta Sports. It is similar to Cage Rage on Sky Sports. I have noticed that the fighters seem to be able to do almost anything, such as kick, punch, elbow etc, but as there is a referee in the cage with them, I assume that there are some rules. What are the basic rules please?
