What Are my rights ?

I bought an xbox360 preowned from game on Friday, it has broke down already.My reciept says return within 28days in "unopenedsupplier/GAME sealed packaging.This is in addition to your statuary rights" I had to open it to find out wether or not it actually worked.Can they refuse to refund?? Surely having it just 1 day means they have to take it back. Help!

They might throw a fit about it being opened but like you said it doesn't work.  Make them hook it up to find out for themselves and have a big fit about buying a broke machine from them.  Sealed or not they said it worked it doesn't, they are in the wrong, get ur money back or get it replaced and don't give up til its done.

Argue with the manager, make a scene. If this doesn't work sue them. If you've waited longer than a day, they might of thought you "tampered with it"
