What Are some Of The Best Supplements/Vitamins to Take???

What supplements and vitamins are the best to take for overall health and to prevent diseases. I obviously know healthy diets are the best way to get vital nutrients but my Mon-Fri days are 13 hours long, so it's hard. Right now I take:

Flaxseed oil

Fish oil

Multi-vitamin

Vitamin C

Zinc

Echinacea

Garlic

Calcium/Vitamin D

Ginko Biloba

  1. One of the best things that I have found to be helpful on the health front as far as like if stress is an issue (an example only) is  taking B vitamins such as B6.  You can find the B Vitamins like B6 in a bottle by itself or as part of a bottle of B Complex.

    You can find them at places like Wal-Mart and Target.

    I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
