Sometimes i like to mess around with my friends and fight what are some good holds i can use that i can use to take them down.

there is no such thing as a good hold or submission or take down ect. there are ones that work now out of those ones that work different ones are better for different people depending on there body type strengths an so many other things.

do you just want to hold them so they cant more or do you actually want to put them to the ground?
