What Are some good tasting, sugar free, inexpensive drinks that have been proven to not form cavities?

I was trying to think of some soda alternatives.

I was also wondering if crystal light drink packets form cavities.

Any help will be appreciated.

Personally I think the best bet is unsweetened tea.  My favorites are Jasmine Tea (Green Tea with Jasmine added) and Barley Tea.  Barley Tea doesn’t have any caffeine, so it’s safe for children too.  Tea is about a natural as you can get, just avoid the kind that adds artificial sweeteners and flavors.  

Regarding crystal light and similar products, another poster was correct regarding the dangers of artificial sweeteners. Nowadays it is basically better for you to have a real sugar filled drink in moderation, than having any with artificial sweeteners.

Do not feed crystal light to your children or even yourself for that matter.  Aspartame is highly toxic.  It will cause the same symptoms as MS.  Slowed speech and drooling are 2 symptoms you'll see after having a beverage or even gum containing aspartame.
