What BRANDS OF MILK are ultrapastuerized?

I'm starting to make cheese and you can't use ultrapastuerized milk, and so I'm wondering which brands do this? I'm in Alberta.

The best milk of course in unpastuerized and you can get it from a farm but there many loopholes( I won't go into it now).

Just read the label on all the brands available there.

But the easiest way to tell if it's "ultrapastuerized" is by the expiration date.

It has over a month( sometimes 2).

Here we have McCarthur ( you don't have that brand there).

You just have to read the labels. It will be stated on the label if it is ultrapastuerized.
