If i seen it i would c**p myself but really it is not that bad it looks like a kind of beetle a click beetle at that

Its called a Click Beetle!  Those large "eyes" are actually markings on its shell.  Here's a link to a site i found abut this beetle.

Its just a click beetle. Those "eyes" are just spots on its thorax. Nothing to be afraid of. The real eyes are tiny. It is called the eyed elator, or the eyed click beetle(Alaus Oculatus for the Eastern states, Zuniatus is another species).

Those circles aren't eyes, they're eyespots. Beyond that, I have no idea what sort of beetle that is.

looks like a wood beetle

and yes those are NOT eyes that you see on its back but eye spots that are used to scare away predators..(makes it look like the bug is staring and that usually wards of predators)
