Does not Dubai wink at slave-traders who "own" child s*x and domestic worker victims? Sometimes even slaughtering them?

Yeah, Dubai is a corrupt little monarchy that looks the other way on a lot of things. But, when in Rome. They should have gone to France where is not only not against the law, I think it's required.
