What Bus Transit Usually Runs Standing Room Only? ?

Ask because my transit provider has only a couple routes usually run standing room only weekdays out of a couple dozen routes yet claims the best ridership increase in USA. Know somebody more popular?

Ridership increase has nothing to do with ridership.  There are many bus providers that run standing room only on many routes, NYC and LA in particular, but if they have always had that level of crowds then their ridership increases will be small.

During the rush hours the busses in Dallas run with standing room only, but during the day the run empty or near empty which causes more pollution than they save in the rush hour.  Also the cost of running empty buses makes the cost of a trip per passenger about $ 15
