What CMS would be best to fit my needs?

My name is Marcus, the owner of http://www.snowneo.com, I want to enhance what users can do and make it easier to update the site instead of Front page. I am trying to find something that has capabilities such as:

Forums

User Profiles

Chat box (Register to post)

+ Extra features

and a very nice template that doesn't feel like it is an ad site or hosting site.

Hi

Sounds like youn need to use Joomla with the community builder component, this is free and open source to use and is very powerful.
