Sand boxes are neat. painting, playdoe,scooters, jumproping with music, (gardening)watering plants. Dogs are nice for a best friend. perfer 1yr or older on the dog.

well if it a boy  buy trucks  and cars then  have a sand box  to play in  depend on the age of the child to  army men tanks things to build out side

, girls tea sets have a table set up for her and her dolls , jump rope, things for her to draw with  like chalk  child chalk board  ,  have old clothes so she could do dress up put box  out side or hang them  so she can pick ,  crafts kids love crafts piant rocks make bugs from rocks but crafts would be a good thing for both boys and girls

Both my husband and I are only children and as kids we used to keep ourselves entertained by looking for other kids to play with!
