It has to be better than all my mates, 1 mates going bowling in fancy dress. I dunno i was thinking posh restaurant, kiddy's play area? I'm not sure please help me out!!

Get a driver license and ask your dad to buy you a new car.

invite your friends over and have a [trust me to make you over] have turns in doing a friends hair and make-up how you would like to see it done on that friend, take photoes and have lots of fun, get every one to bring a plate of yummy food and have a sleep over, movie or dance party, have a great party and birthday

Give your Mom roses. She did all the work 16years ago! It doesn't have to be posh to be fun. A picnic in a park with games & goodies is always fun.
